ReclaimTime operates via SMS text messaging. By using the Service, you consent to receive SMS messages from us at the phone number you provide. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Opt-Out: You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You can also reply HELP for assistance. Opting out may limit your ability to use certain features of the Service.

We are CTIA compliant and follow all applicable SMS regulations. Your phone number and SMS content are encrypted and stored securely.
